Premron E-BS Closed Conveyor System

Case Study #1.

Recently commissioned Premron E-BS Closed Conveyor System installed in Western Australia.

It conveys product from within the existing Process Facility & transfers it to a holding Storage Shed located approx 150m away. This 'Export' process uses the 1400 Series Belt, is designed at 100T/hr & with a belt speed of 1m/s.

The system has the added attribute of returning the Product to the Process Facility via the return strand of the same Belt. This 'Import' mode is designed at a variable 30-60T/hr, as per the clients required specification.

The client can now handle the product without the costly use of 'Trucking' the material, hence saving on long term process expediture.
